Laboratory
The company has highly equipped laboratory for dyeing and Quality control where raw materials, every sample and every production batch is tested before supplying it to the customer. The laboratory is crucial to the success of the dye house in maximizing right first time production.
Substantial investment has been made in the laboratory in training staff and purchasing the latest machines and technology to remove as much potential human error as possible, therefore maximizing the accuracy and efficiency of the laboratory.

Dyeing Department
The company started its activity in dyeing at the beginning of 2007, The Company uses the best dyestuff and auxiliaries From Germany & Switzerland which have high safety and ecology standards world wise with fastness tests were based on the recommendations made by the international standard organization (ISO), the American association of textile chemicals and colorists (AATCC).

Winding Department
We have our winding section which consented of 600 spindles (for soft and hard spindle). We consider this section as one of the most important section in any successful factory, so we cared about it and sure we put it in one of the most suitable places in our area, so we can reach our quality control by ourselves.

Warping Department
To ensure high productivity and economic efficiency in a weaving mill, good warp preparation is indispensable and that we do under our control in a special warp unit in our factory. Faultless warps are an essential precondition for utilizing assets in the best possible ways and achieving the fabric quality demanded by the market. The specialists at textile technical consulting (TIC) support Benninger textile's customers with specific analyses for process optimization in warping and we are one of them.

Weaving Department
We use at our company flexible, high performance electronic systems so our weaving machines help us to produce the high density fabrics with difficult constructions and to create new one. As we have 34 looms right now and will reach 50 looms within two years.
